Prep Chicken BreastPlace the chicken in a large pot and season them with salt and pepper. Then, cover the chicken with water and bring it to a boil. When the water is boiling reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 - 15 min. depends how big they are. For safety, they don’t have to be pink in the center. After that, shred the chicken with a fork and let it on a side. |

Prep EggsBoil the eggs if they aren’t boil already. And after cool them cut them in smaller pieces. |

Prep saladPlace the baby spinach in a salad bowl and add all the ingredients on top: the sliced avocado, the shredded chicken, the boiled eggs, the chopped walnuts and some blueberries. |
